This is Kirby!  He was our little orphan from 2005.  His mom was a wonderful mare named Meter Me Quick and belonged to H. C. Trammel and Don Herriage of Lubbock, Texas.

It is always such a tragedy to loose a mare, but what an awesome little gift they leave behind for us.  He is just the most precious little guy.  Here are some pictures of him:

Here he is at about a week old snooping around in the office. Just like last year's babies, he loves coming in here to visit!

Here he is with his little buddy, Mary Rose.  She was rejected by her mom and we were blessed with her for only 8 days, then we lost her to some complications.

Here he is at a month and a half old, running up and down the alleyway, visiting with everybody. 

He has a really extensive wardrobe.

This is Kirby with his groom.

This is him  at 2 months old (as of April 27, 2005).  Handsome, huh?

He's so proud.  There's not a doubt in his mind that everybody who comes on this place is here to see him!
